What's my typical engagement approach?
For full-time roles, I’m looking for long-term opportunities where I can deeply embed with a team and drive sustained impact. I’m also open to contract engagements (6+ months) where I can deliver specific outcomes like building a design system, leading a product redesign or establishing UX practices.
Can I work remotely?
Yes! I can work with team globally and am fully set up for remote collaboration. I use tools like Zoom/Teams, Figma, Miro, and Slack to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. For certain roles, I’m also happy to travel periodically for team meetings and workshops.
